Invoices your ASP accepts, the first time.
From 1 January 2027, a UAE tax invoice is a structured XML document that has to pass the published PINT AE rules. Your accounting system produces invoices. Your Accredited Service Provider transmits them. PENTAXIS turns the first into something the second accepts, and keeps the proof.
Your system keeps working the way it does today. Your ASP stays your ASP.
- PINT AE 1.0.4
- UBL 2.1
- 51 mandatory fields checked
- Works with any ASP
- Any ERP or accounting system
What UAE e-invoicing asks every business to do
Send a structured file
A PDF is no longer the invoice. The invoice is an XML document in the PINT AE format, built on UBL 2.1.
Carry every required field
Fifty-one fields are mandatory for the FTA. Many of them are not in a normal accounting export today.
Go through an ASP
An Accredited Service Provider sends the document to the FTA on your behalf and returns the response.
The work that decides whether this goes smoothly happens before the document reaches your service provider. That is the work PENTAXIS does.
PENTAXIS prepares and proves. Your ASP transmits.
PENTAXIS sits between your accounting system and your Accredited Service Provider. The response from your ASP comes back into PENTAXIS, so one register holds every document you sent and the answer it received.
- Step 1
Your accounting system
Raises the invoice and exports it, exactly as it does today.
- Step 2
PENTAXIS
Maps the data, adds what is missing, checks every rule and builds the document.
- Step 3
Your ASP
Receives a clean document and sends it onward.
- Step 4
The FTA
Receives the document. The response comes back to you.
PENTAXIS does this
- Reads your export in the format you already have
- Fills the fields the FTA requires
- Runs the published rules before anything is sent
- Builds the PINT AE document
- Keeps the full record and the audit trail
- Brings your suppliers and customers on board
Your ASP does this
- Holds the FTA accreditation
- Sends the document to the FTA
- Returns the official acknowledgement
- Maintains the network connection
PENTAXIS works with the provider you choose, and your choice stays open.
The dates that set your timetable

Map, validate, retain
Three jobs, done the same way every month, with a result you can show to anyone who asks.
Map your invoices
From the system you already use.
- Upload, SFTP or API
- XML, JSON, CSV, Excel or text-based PDF, or key a single invoice by hand
- One mapping profile per source system, tested on real invoices before it goes live
- See exactly which of the 51 mandatory fields your data fills
Validate against the published rules
The same rule files your ASP runs.
- Runs the published PINT AE 1.0.4 artefacts
- Rules for your type of supply: free zone, deemed supply, e-commerce, exports, reverse charge, summary invoices
- Every result names the rule and the line, in plain language
- Fix many invoices at once from one exception queue, with a confirmation step
Retain the archive you will be asked for
Proof that holds up on any day.
- Every document stored under a digest of its own contents and re-verified on every read
- Five years for most records, seven for real estate, counted from the right date
- Legal holds pause the clock during a dispute or an audit
- Retrieval packages rebuild a period and check every document against its seal
Readiness board
Every step to your first live invoice.
- Your revenue band fills in your ASP appointment and go-live dates
- Shows the steps your team completes in EmaraTax as well as ours
- TRN, TIN and Peppol identifier derived from your registration
- Notices as your implementation date approaches
Supplier and customer onboarding
A link, not a project.
- Send a link; they fill in their details in any browser
- Answers save as they type, so they can come back later
- Contacts collected by role: signatory, finance, IT
- You review and accept every submission
Security and reporting
Your tax data, protected at every level.
- Named users, roles and two-factor sign-in for every account
- Each company's data separated by the database itself
- A chained audit trail of who did what, and when
- Six reports, each downloadable as CSV and Excel
A look at the workspace
PENTAXIS runs in a browser. There is nothing to install for your users.

The documents PENTAXIS produces
PINT AE 1.0.4 on UBL 2.1, plus a readable copy for your own use. Foreign-currency invoices get AED totals and AED line amounts, calculated exactly.

Offer UAE e-invoicing to every client, under your own name
Every VAT-registered client on your book needs e-invoicing, and they will ask you first. PENTAXIS gives your firm one platform to serve all of them, with your brand on it and a margin you set.
Your brand
Clients sign in to your firm's platform. Your logo and colours, from the sign-in page onward.
One console
Your whole book of clients on one screen: usage, allowances and which client needs attention today.
Clients kept apart
Each client's data is separated by the database itself. We never contact the clients on your book.
A recurring service line
Invoices are raised every month, so the service is billed every month, alongside bookkeeping and VAT.
Three roles, each clearly separate
- Owns the client relationship
- Sets up each client
- Reads the exceptions and advises
- Bills the client
- Maps and checks the data
- Builds the compliant documents
- Keeps the archive and audit trail
- Carries your brand
- Holds the accreditation
- Sends documents to the FTA
- Returns the acknowledgement
- Stays the client's own choice
Two commercial models. Your firm chooses.
Your firm buys an invoice allowance at the partner price and sets its own price to each client.
- Divide one allowance across your book
- Your firm invoices the client and keeps the margin
- We invoice your firm once, for the package
Best where the firm already bills its clients monthly.
We invoice the end client directly and your firm receives an agreed share of the revenue.
- No purchase and no credit risk for your firm
- The platform still carries your brand
- Same platform and same support
Best where the firm prefers to introduce clients and leave billing with us.
How your firm goes live
- 1Your account
We open your firm's account and apply your brand. Your team signs in the same week.

We train your staff on mapping, the exception queue and the client console.
- 3Three clients
We build the first mappings with your team, on real exports from three willing clients.
- 4The rest of the book
Your team takes it from there, and we stay available for the unusual ones.

One file from your accounting system, with a handful of real invoices on it.
- 2
We map it and run it
We build the mapping profile and show you the result, field by field.
- 3
You see your own invoices
A working demonstration on your data, with your gaps listed in plain language.
- 4
You decide with facts
A plan and a date, built on what we both saw on the screen.
